Educational Qualification: An applicant to be qualified ( a) should be a Graduate associated with a Recognized University in any faculty. Preference will, however, be given to Law Graduates. (b) must have passed Government Commercial Certificate Examination, or examination carried out by Government Board or I. T. I. for English Typing with speed of 40 w. p. m. (c) produce Computer Certificate about proficiency functioning of word processors in in Windows and Linux in addition to M.S. Office, M.S. Word, Wordstar7 and Open Office Org.
Age Limit: 18-33 years

Application Fee: The costs in the sum of the Rs.100/ought to be compensated only by means of Demand Draft released towards Registrar, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombayâ€, due at componen at Bombay.
How To apply for Opening: The candidate shall submit the application online only in the prescribed format on 16th April, 2012 upto 5.30 p.m.The candidate shall send the documents viz. [i] copy of Acknowledgment Slip duly affixing photograph and putting signature by black ink, in the places provided thereto and [ii] Demand Draft, by Registered Post A.D. / Speed Post to the Registrar, [Personnel], High Court, Appellate Side, Fort, Bombay – 400 032, on or before 27th April 2012.

Selection Committee, Officials/ Employees employed in High Court according of the buying process either by themself or through others is going to be disqualified. Decision of Selection Committee within this account is going to be final. Programs which aren't within the recommended form or that contains incomplete information or otherwise fulfilling the qualifications criteria or sent by regular publish or hands delivery is going to be declined. The choice / visits is going to be made strictly within the order of merit based on the marks guaranteed through the candidates within the screening and typing make sure interview.
